Due to the bespoke and time-intensive nature of our work, Make Bloom does not offer refunds on any service, audit, template or retainer — in full or in part — once payment has been received.
Our work involves significant time, expertise, and resource investment from the moment a project begins. Deliverables such as audits, strategy documents, and custom templates represent intellectual property that cannot be returned once delivered.
If you have concerns about a deliverable, we encourage you to raise them with us directly. We're committed to delivering high-quality work and will always discuss reasonable revisions within the agreed scope.

By engaging Make Bloom for any service, you agree to these terms and conditions in full. These terms apply to all services including audits, templates, and ongoing retainers.
The scope of each service will be agreed in writing prior to commencement. Any work outside the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees. Make Bloom reserves the right to decline projects at its discretion.
Audits and templates require full payment upfront. Retainers are billed monthly in advance and are due on the agreed invoice date. Make Bloom reserves the right to pause or suspend services in the event of non-payment.
Standard turnaround for audits is 10–14 business days from receipt of all client materials. Template and retainer timelines are confirmed at proposal stage.
Each deliverable includes two rounds of revisions. Additional rounds are billed at our standard hourly rate.
Retainer agreements require 30 days' written notice to cancel. Fees for the notice period are payable in full. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of a prepaid month.
Final deliverables transfer to the client upon receipt of full payment. Make Bloom retains the right to reference completed work in its portfolio and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any sensitive client information shared during our engagement remains strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties without prior written consent, except where required by law.
Make Bloom is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. Results are influenced by many factors and cannot be guaranteed.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be handled through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. Make Bloom reserves the right to update these terms with reasonable notice.
